We are unable to process returns or exchanges on any BLANQI items purchased from another retailer. Please refer to the store’s return policy, they should be able to take care of anything you may need!
If your item seems to be faulty or defective, we would love to make sure you are set up with a replacement! As long as you are within their return window, the retailer will still be best suited to take care of this for you and should waive any return fees for a quality issue.
If they are not able to help with a defective replacement, please email us. We will need a photo of the issue, a photo of the BLANQI heat stamp on the inside of the item, a copy of your receipt, and your current shipping address.
