If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return an item purchased on BLANQI.com as long as it meets the following criteria:

  •        Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
  •        Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
  •        Merchandise must be in original packaging and/or hangtags attached.
  •        Shipping and handling charges and sales tax are not refundable.
  •        We cannot accept returns on opened/worn hosiery items.

DOMESTIC RETURNS:

We have an easy online return process that you can initiate through this link - BLANQI Returns (for international orders please click here). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items purchased from other retailers or websites. Please reach out to place of purchase for their return policy.  Please note, we cannot accept returns on items, specifically hosiery, that appear to be worn, stretched out or tried on.  If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue a refund and the package will be sent back.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return an item purchased on BLANQI.com as long as it meets the following criteria:

  • Merchandise must be in original packaging and/or hangtags attached.

You must email our team at customercare@blanqi.com for a return authorization and ship the items back at your expense.

  • SHIPPING FEES, DUTIES and TAXES, WILL NOT BE REFUNDED 
  • Contact your local customs office for information on refund of returned merchandise.
  • Exchanges are not offered with international shipments.
